Return & Refund Policy

 

• All original parts, accessories, and packaging are included and intact.

• The product shows normal usage only; damage due to careless use is excluded.

• Items where hygiene is a concern must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

• Products found to be defective upon receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the product has been used, damaged, or altered outside of our responsibility.

IMPORTANT: ⚠️ We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@timeless-supply.shop 

   1. Include the following information:

      • Order number

      • Reason for return

      • Photo of the product if damaged

      • Full name and shipping address

   We will respond with the return address and instructions. Once your return is received and verified, we will process it within 7 business days.

    

    

   Non-Refundable Conditions

   Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

   • Items showing signs of use, damage, or intentional tampering.

   • Products that arrive damaged: instead of a refund, we will send a replacement item of equal value at no additional cost.

   • Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs, courier strikes, or severe weather. 

     Cancellation

     As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order under the following conditions:

     Right of Withdrawal:
     You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), received the last item.

     Important Notes About Cancellation:

     • Our system processes orders immediately, so we cannot stop shipments once the order is confirmed. Refunds are only possible once goods are received.

     • Goods are shipped from Asia; transit times may be longer than usual, which is beyond our control. If items are already en route, cancellation is not possible. You may instead return the goods once delivered.

     How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:
     Notify us via email at info@timeless-supply.shop 

     with a clear statement of your decision to cancel the order. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

     Refunds After Cancellation:

     • We will refund all payments received excluding the original shipping costs and any additional shipping fees you selected.

     • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive both your cancellation notice and the returned goods.

     • The refund will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

     Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Denied:

     • Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition

     • Missing packaging, accessories, or parts

     • Hygiene-sensitive items not properly cleaned
