Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you're not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The order still contains all included parts and components, and the packaging is intact as delivered.

Normal usage of the product can be demonstrated; damage due to careless use is excluded.

Products where hygiene is a concern must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.

The product was found to be defective upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge shipping fees to the customer.
A return will be processed within 7 business days and, if all conditions are met, officially accepted during that period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the products have been used or damaged outside of our responsibility.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
Cancellation
As a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal under the following provisions. This applies if you are a natural person performing a legal transaction for purposes not mainly related to commercial or professional activity:
A. Conditions for Cancellation

Right of Withdrawal:
You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) received the last item. -
Automated Processing:
Due to our fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. It is therefore not possible to interrupt the shipping process once the order is confirmed. Refunds are only possible once the goods have been received. -
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at Timeless Supply with a clear statement via email about your decision to cancel the agreement. The cancellation is completed once we have received the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. -
Important Regarding Shipping:
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, transit time may be longer — something we cannot control. If the goods are already en route, cancellation is not possible. In that case, wait until the goods arrive and then return them to us. You can, of course, notify us of your cancellation in advance.Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel the agreement, we are required to refund all payments received from you, excluding the original shipping costs (including any additional charges resulting from a delivery method you selected that is more expensive than our standard shipping).
This refund will be issued no later than 14 days after both your cancellation notice and the returned goods have been received. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
